Bricks American Steakhouse is a small group of passionate people serving up delicious seasonal dishes located right in the heart of downtown Erie, PA.

Head Chef and owner Chris Adams has been preparing for this restaurant his whole life. He literally wrapped potatoes in his families restaurant at 6 years old! After attending Pennsylvania Culinary School, he worked his way up to various positions at a whole host of different kitchens. After being one of the first vendors in the new Food Hall downtown, he has since turned all of his focus to this latest venture here at Bricks American Steakhouse.

Chris and our entire staff are on a mission to provide the best plates full of amazing ingredients accompanied by equally amazing cocktails and service in our beautiful historic setting. Our motto is good foods make for good moods!
